InterNews 2.0.3a5 Release Notes

This is an interim release to allow use of InterNews with news servers having more than 32767 newsgroups.  The problem will be solved more elegantly in 2.0.3 final.

Changes
=======

- Uses the first 32K newsgroups found instead of failing when it encounters that many.
- Fixed a memory leak in the newsgroup exclusion list.
- Increased the default memory allocation to handle 32K groups.
