Ok here is licq. It is built so you don't need qtlibs to run it. This is version
.61 which is fully functional but kind of ugly, the newer versions wont build as
a static app so we are stuck with this. This gives you sound and the ability to
do file tansfers which gtkicq wont do at this point. The first time you run it
after installation type licq in a terminal (rxvt or xterm) answer the questions
then you can make a new desktop icon using dfm and it will be fine.
