Bio-Trace-ABIF

The ABIF file format is a binary format for storing data, developed
by Applied Biosystems, Inc. This module provides general methods for reading
and overwriting ABIF files. Besides, it provides convenience methods for 
assessing the quality of the data (e.g., for computing LOR scores).

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

    perl Makefile.PL
    make
    make test
    make install
