The Kermit 95 shrinkwrapped package includes strong cryptography, which under USA law may not be exported to certain countries: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Libya, Sudan, or Syria. If you wish to have Kermit 95 delivered to any of those countries, you must use the electronic delivery agent at e-academy.com and you must choose the non-cryptographic version.

The package contains a CDROM with the Kermit 95 2.1.2 software for all supported platforms (Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP and OS/2 on PC architectures only) and the Kermit 95 user manual in HTML format, plus a second CDROM containing C-Kermit 8.0, Kermit 95's file-transfer and client/server partner for UNIX, VMS, VOS, and other platforms, PLUS a license key to download, at no charge, the book Using C-Kermit (second edition) in PDF format from the publisher, as well as software updates.
