• 20 Apr 95: Beta test finished, software frozen. Announcement and installation scheduled for Monday, April 24.
• 14 Apr 95: Beta.19. More info added to SHOW NET and SHOW CHARACTER-SET; INPUT and MINPUT command timeouts fixed on TELNET connections; HELP commands and CKERMIT.INF updated.
• 13 Apr 95: Beta.18. Fixes to Short KOI, Hebrew-7, and Transparent terminal character sets.
• 11 Apr 95: Beta.17. Parity fix for network connections; Compose key fixed to work for all Latin-1-family (and ISO 646) character sets, and to beep for others (Hebrew, Russian, etc); locking shifts fixed for outbound characters.
• 10 Apr 95: Beta.16. Quick correction to C1 control character recognition.
• 10 Apr 95: Beta.15. Quick corrections to NRC support and mouse support.
• 10 Apr 95: Beta.14. Add full support for ISO 2022 character-set switching for GL, GR: G0..G3, and for VT220 NRCs (National Replacement Character Sets). Priorities adjusted and new command, SET PRIORITY, added to allow user to modify. Full user control for TELNET binary mode:

  and of handling of carriage returns in both NVT and binary mode, to get around inconsistent interpretations of binary mode (and NVT mode) by different TELNET servers:

• 06 Apr 95: Beta.13. Add carriage return to autoprint material. Re-enable DEC Supplemental Graphics in all modes. Fix incoming TELNET binary mode CR handling. Fix crash if copying more than 32K to clipboard. Enable SO/SI at all times for incoming data stream (so now SET TERMINAL LOCKING-SHIFT applies only to outbound bytes).
• 05 Apr 95: Beta.12. Serial i/o vs Ctrl-C interrupt fix; SO/SI fix.
• 04 Apr 95: Beta.11. SET PORT SLIPCOMx now handles a SLIP driver with multiple interfaces; "message file not found" problem fixed.
• 02 Apr 95: Beta.10. New commands added: MOVE, MMOVE, SET TELNET BINARY-MODE { ENABLED, DISABLED }.
• 01 Apr 95: Beta.09. Fixes & enhancements to protected fields. Host-initiated VT compatibility level added. Support for 3rd mouse button fixed. Updated CKERMIT.INF and INSTALL.CMD.
• 31 Mar 95: Beta.08. Protected fields and selective erase added to VT220 emulator. Partial fix for TELNET BINARY mode problems. Fixed newline mode as it applies to \KmarkCopyHost.
• 30 Mar 95: Beta.07. Autoprint added to terminal emulator, plus a new Kverb, \KprtAuto, to let the user turn it on and off from the keyboard - handy for capturing logs from fullscreen applications without embedded escape sequences. Controller (transparent) print also has a new Kverb, \KprtCtrl, to let the user initiate printing from the keyboard.
• 29 Mar 95: Beta.06. SOCKS support finished.
• 28 Mar 95: Beta.05. SOCKS support added; "UPDATES SOCKS" for further info. Minor fixes to scrollback buffer reallocation and cursor positioning during scrollback.
• 24 Mar 95: Beta.04. Default scrollback behavior changed by popular demand to prevent newly arriving material from overwriting rolled back screens (SET TERM ROLL ON, rather than OFF, is the new default), and allowing i/o while rolled back even when SET TERM ROLL ON. New, more descriptive names for ROLL options: INSERT (= ON), OVERWRITE (= OFF). Old names still accepted. Clipboard server now disallows "local editing". More installation script improvements.
• 23 Mar 95: Beta.03. Improvements in installation procedure. PM Clipboard Server now used for Copy as well as Paste, so it can be used with IBM EWS (Employee Written Software) ManyClip. New \Kmousemark verb (mark without copying). Mouse help in popup help screen.
• 22 Mar 95: Beta.02. Improved runtime error messages when TCP/IP and/or Font DLLs can't be loaded.
