There is no installation procedure for the files and data in this
directory. This is a working directory that compiles data from the
various markets and fabricated test cases that are to be included in
the ../doc LaTeX documentation. See the README in this directory for
operational details concerning the construction of the data.

See the file ../doc/colophon.tex for the programs required to
construct the data in this directory and subdirectories. All programs
are in freely available via anonymous ftp, and include:

    1) TeX and LaTeX
    2) gnuplot

In addition, the following programs, although not essential, were used
in the construction of the data and documentation:

    1) gnu emacs
    2) dvips
    3) rcs
    4) ispell
    5) gnuindex

The following LaTeX and emacs macros were used:

    1) AucTeX.el
    2) epsf.sty
    3) fancyheadings.sty
    4) gnuindex.sty
    5) rcs.sty

Availability, usage, and ftp addresses are explained in
../doc/colophon.tex.
